+ AGASSIZ WORSHIP COORDINATOR (PART TIME)

Do you love Jesus, worship, and building teams? We’re looking for someone to help lead and shape worship at our Agassiz Campus.

The Agassiz Worship Coordinator facilitates and fosters a vibrant worship culture at the Agassiz Campus while supporting the church's broader vision. Reporting to the Worship Pastor, this role balances administrative excellence with musical leadership to create meaningful encounters with God. Primary responsibilities include managing song sets, scheduling and auditioning musicians, and overseeing technical preparations such as chord charts and click tracks. The coordinator leads worship three Sundays per month, handles stage setups, and directs midweek practices to encourage musical growth within the team. Beyond Sunday mornings, the position involves weekly debriefs with leadership and active participation in staff meetings to ensure administrative and spiritual alignment across the ministry.

This is a part-time position (6-8 hours/week) focused on weekend ministry.

Compensation:
$20 - $30 per hour depending on experience.
