WOMEN'S MINISTRY DIRECTOR (P/T)
Central Community Church is searching for a Women’s Ministry Director. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Jesus, His Word, and His Church; a desire to see women nurtured in their discipleship to Jesus, and both the education and experience that would facilitate this ministry.
The Women’s Ministry Director would primarily be responsible to support and bolster ministry to the women of Central Community Church at the Chilliwack Campus, while serving as a resource to our other campuses. Focused on discipleship, this role requires an individual who loves being a team player, enjoys innovation, strives to develop and equip a leadership team, is apt to teach, and endeavours to be flexible. Working with women of all ages, the Women’s Ministry Director will engage women where they are in relationship to Jesus and encourage them on in their walk with God. Using a variety of methods and activities such as Bible studies, events, mentoring relationships, empowering women in their gifts, and retreats, the Women’s Ministry Director will seek to approach this opportunity from a variety of methods.
While there is room for this role to grow, it will begin at 10-20 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong biblical background with education that reflects theological and practical expertise.
